Jet Airways will provide free chauffeur drive service to its passengers in London traveling between Mumbai / Delhiand London. This facility will be available to passengers whose tickets have been booked in  ‘F’, ‘A’, ‘C’ and  ‘J’ class only.

This service will not be applicable on the Amritsar-London-Amritsar route.

When you book, you need to provide your London pick-up and drop-off addresses including postal/zip codes, along with your booking reference, email address and numbers (mobile, home/hotel & office) that we can use to contact you at your London address. We cannot book transport for you without this information.

Terms and conditions:

1. This facility is available only in London
2. This facility is applicable on the following sectors:
   a) Between Mumbai / Delhi and LHR
3. This facility is available to passengers whose tickets are booked in ‘F’, ‘A’, ‘C’ and  ‘J’ classes only on any valid and acceptable document. Premiere bookings in all other booking classes are not eligible.
4. Bookings must be confirmed and ticketed.
5. This facility will be provided for ticketed bookings 24 hrs prior to departure.
6. This service is complimentary for a distance of up to 50 driven miles from/to London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. The differential for excess mileage (for journeys in excess of 50 driven miles) have to be paid for by the passenger.
7. Unaccompanied minors are not eligible.
8. Child fare paying passengers booked in ‘F’, ‘A’, ‘C’ and  ‘J’ classes are not entitled to a separate car.
9. Passengers originally booked on other carriers but transferred or endorsed at departure to Jet Airways flights are not entitled to this service.
10. Not applicable for inter terminal transfers.
11. This service is not applicable for inter terminal transfers.
12. Guests of the passenger are allowed to accompany the passenger in the same car at no additional charge provided they have the same pick-up/drop-off points and the total baggage can be accommodated in the same car.
13. All extra charges with respect to the following are required to be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider as applicable.
14. Passenger cannot request any change to the pre-designated pick-up time.
15. Pick-up times are subject to change by the service provider. Revised pick-up times, if any, will be communicated to passengers by the service provider directly.
16. It is mandatory for children aged 12 and below to be seated on baby/booster seats in the car. These will be arranged by the car provider subject to them being advised. Details of number of children & their age must be provided during the booking process.  
17. Jet Airways is absolved of all responsibility and/or liability in the event of the passenger not boarding the car at the pre-designated pick-up time.
18. Passengers with confirmed car bookings will be met on arrival at London Heathrow Terminal 3 outside the baggage collection area by a Chauffeur car representative with a Jet Airways Placard who will direct the passenger to their designated chauffeur. In case passengers are unable to locate the Chauffeur car representative, they must approach the Chauffeur car desk in the Arrivals hall at the airport or call Chauffeur car on +44 2088978179.
19. This service is not applicable for inter terminal transfers.
