Arrivals into Mumbai: Terminal 1A

• On account of ongoing renovations at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Domestic Airport at Mumbai, all Jet Airways flights arrivals will temporarily be shifted to Terminal 1A from the present Terminal 1B.
  
• This change will come in to effect from September 15, 2005 and will continue until further notice.
  
• During this period, checked-in baggage will be delivered on the specific conveyer belts at this terminal.

Departures from Mumbai: Terminal 1B

• All Jet Airways flights will continue to depart from the renovated section of terminal 1B.
  
• In view of the ongoing renovations, JP members availing of the Tele check-in facility are requested to arrive well in time for departures at terminal 1B to ensure that  the queues for security screening do not result in them missing their flights.

Domestic Through check-in: 

• In situations where the onward connecting flight is ready for departure, passengers will be transferred from air side (ramp) of terminal 1A directly to the aircraft at terminal 1B.
  
• Passengers who do not need a ramp transfer will be picked up after deplaning from the aircraft and transported to the transit gate of the terminal in our coaches. 
  
• Passengers who miss the airport transfer (refer above point) are required to board the inter terminal coach from city side exit at terminal 1A to terminal 1B.

International Through check-in:

• Passengers are required to collect their baggage from the respective conveyer belts at terminal 1A.
  
• The through checked-in baggage should be handed over to Jet Airways staff present at terminal 1A.
  
• Passengers should then proceed to board the inter-terminal coach from city side exit at terminal 1A.
  
• The inter-terminal coach will operate via air side (ramp) to the international terminal and will drop the passengers at international terminal 2C (city side).
  
• Passengers connecting to Jet Airways International flights will have their baggage transferred directly to the international flight. They need to meet the Jet Airways staff in the domestic arrival hall for passport and visa check.

Jet Airways ticketing counters:

• Passengers need to board the inter-terminal coach from city side exit of terminal 1A.
• The inter-terminal coach will drop the passengers at the Jet Airways ticketing counter at terminal 1B.
• Airports Authorities of India will also provide shuttle service between terminals 1A and 1B from the city side.

Car Parking:

• The car parking facilities for terminal 1A and 1B are not connected.
• The newly renovated car parking facility of terminal 1B now extends very close to terminal 1A.
• Passengers are requested to park theirs cars closer to terminal 1A as this will allow closer access to their cars upon arrival at terminal 1A.
