How do I check-in on the Kiosk?
Five simple and easy steps to Kiosk Check-in:
Step 1: Swipe your Jet Privilege/Debit/Credit Card, for verification of name only.
Step 2: Enter your PNR number/Reservation record as printed on your eTicket.
Step 3: Review and confirm your travel itinerary.
Step 4: Choose your preferred seat from the real-time seat map displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Print your Boarding Pass and walk directly for Security Check.

Benefits of Kiosk check-in:
- Choose the seat of your preference from the real-time seat map displayed on the touch screen.
- Add your Jet Privilege membership number if it was not mentioned at the time of reservation.
- No more wastage of time by standing in queues, simply print your Boarding Pass and go straight for security check.
- Check-in for a same day return or domestic through check-in flight at one go.
- You can do a single as well as a multiple passenger check-in.
When can you do a Kiosk Check-in?
Anytime between 45 minutes to 24 hours before your flight departure.
Who can use the Kiosk Check-in facility?
Kiosk Check-in can be availed by passengers:
- Travelling domestic sectors with Jet Airways only
- Holding a valid eTicket
- Travelling with hand baggage
- For all flights originating from the city where the Kiosk Check-in facility is available
- For a group of up to a maximum of seven passengers and a maximum of three segments per passenger at a time.
Who cannot avail of this service?
Kiosk check-in is currently restricted and not available for:
- Infants and Children - If an infant or a child is part of a group/PNR then all the passengers will have to check-in at the airport counter and cannot check-in on the kiosk.
- Passengers with waitlisted or open bookings.
- Passengers with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, Unaccompanied Minors, Pet in Hold, Stretcher are not eligible for Kiosk Check-in.
- Passengers booked on international flights.
- Staff travel, Interline travel, Industry discount and Agents discount tickets.
How secure is Kiosk Check-in?
Using Kiosk Check-in is absolutely secure. The name on the card you swipe will be verified against the name in your PNR / Reservation record. The entire transaction is through a secure IP based connectivity between systems.
