Additional Remarks:
• JPMiles can only be earned on flights operated by KLM and marketed by Air France, KLM, Northwest or Jet Airways.
• JPMiles can only be redeemed for sectors marketed and operated by KLM. They cannot be redeemed for any sector marketed and operated by KLM code share flights.
• Redemptions will not be offered for unaccompanied minors.
• Members are required to present their JetPrivilege membership cards at the time of check-in to avail of Business Class check-in or extra baggage allowance.
• Business Class check-in and extra baggage allowance is available only to the JetPrivilege member and not to any companion travelling along with the member on the same flight.
• Business Class check-in and extra baggage allowance is available only when flying on KLM marketed and operated flights. These benefits will not be available on code-share flights of KLM.
• While KLM will endevour to provide the stated benefits, there maybe occassions during which KLM may not be able to extend these benefits to you.
• Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage accrual, unless specifically mentioned.
• To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
• Passengers will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
• Passengers will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners. |
