Our Premiere passengers travelling between Mumbai/Delhi/Ahmedabad and London Heathrow can now avail of a complimentary chauffeur driven car pick-up or drop-off in London. Passengers travelling from London to Ahmedabad are not eligible for this service. This service is available to passengers booked in C, J & Z classes on Jet Airways operated flights only.

When you book, you need to provide your London pick-up and drop-off addresses including postal/zip codes, along with your booking reference, email address and numbers (mobile, home/hotel & office) that we can use to contact you at your London address. We cannot book transport for you without this information.

Terms and conditions:

1) This service is available only in London to passengers traveling on Jet Airways flights between Mumbai/Delhi and London Heathrow in 'F', 'A', 'C', 'J' and 'Z' booking classes only. Premiere bookings in all other booking classes are not eligible.

2) This service is available for passengers travelling on Ahmedabad - London - Ahmedabad route (journey originating in Ahmedabad)  in 'F', 'A', 'C', 'J' and 'Z' booking classes only. This service is not available for passengers travelling on only London Ahnedabad route.

3) This service is complimentary for a distance of up to 50 driven miles from/to London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. The differential for excess mileage (for journeys in excess of 50 driven miles) have to be paid for by the passenger.

4) Guests of the passenger are allowed to accompany the passenger in the same car at no additional charge provided they have the same pick-up/drop-off points and the total baggage can be accommodated in the same car.

5) All extra charges with respect to the following are required to be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider:
a) Every driven mile over 50 driven miles will be charged at £1.65 per mile plus VAT.
b) Waiting time will be charged at £25 per hour plus VAT
c) Parking charges as applicable.
d) Additional pick-up/drop-off will be charged at £7.50 plus VAT per additional pick-up/drop-off.
e) Any additional car is out of the scope of this service. 
The above charges have to be paid by the passenger through credit card, details whereof will be registered/read by the Card Reader Machine installed in the car. 

6) Passenger cannot request any change to the pre-designated pick-up time.

7) Pick-up times are subject to change by the service provider. Revised pick-up times, if any, will be communicated to passengers by the service provider directly.

8) Jet Airways is absolved of all responsibility and/or liability in the event of the passenger not boarding the car at the pre-designated pick-up time.

9) Unaccompanied minors are not eligible.

10) Child fare paying passengers booked in 'F', 'A', 'C', 'J' & 'Z' booking classes are not entitled to a separate car.

11) Passengers originally booked on other carriers but transferred or endorsed at departure to Jet Airways flights are not entitled to this service.

12) Cancellations to car bookings must be made at least 2 hours prior to the designated pick-up time.

13) Passengers with confirmed car bookings will be met on arrival at London Heathrow Terminal 3 outside the baggage collection area by their designated chauffeur with a Jet Airways branded name board. In case you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please contact the Burgundy Global desk in the same hall. Passengers must report to the car within sixty (60) minutes of the flight arrival. For any reporting thereafter, Jet Airways or the service provider shall not be responsible for the pick-up.

14) Passengers booked to depart London on Jet Airways flights, will be dropped at the Park Avenue kerb-side check-in facility at London Heathrow Terminal 3.

15) This service is not applicable for inter terminal transfers.

16) This facility is available to passengers booked in 'F', 'A', 'C', 'J' & 'Z' classes only on any valid and acceptable document. Premiere bookings in all other booking classes are not eligible.

17) All the bookings must be confirmed and ticketed.

18) This facility will be provided for ticketed bookings 24 hrs prior to departure.

19) Child fare paying passengers booked in 'F', 'A', 'C', 'J' & 'Z' classes are not entitled to a separate car.
