If you have forgotten your password just click on Forgot Password, enter you JetPrivilege number and check your password hint or ask for your JetPrivilege password to be sent to your e-mail address.

If you have forgotten your JetPrivilege number just click on Forgot JetPrivilege number, fill in your e-mail address (as recorded in your JetPrivilege account), date of birth and password. Your JetPrivilege number will be sent to the e-mail address.
