Additional Remarks:
- JetPrivilege members can accrue and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Etihad Airways flights.
- Eligible Etihad Airways (EY) flights mean all published regular scheduled flights which are:
- operated and marketed by Etihad Airways and
- marketed by EY but operated by Jet Airways under a codeshare agreement
- marketed by 9W but operated by Etihad Airways under a codeshare agreement
- JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
- Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
- For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
- To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on Etihad Airways, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
- Passengers will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an award ticket on our international Airline partners.
- Passengers will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners.
