5 Membership Levels
In addition to the base JetPrivilege Blue tier the JetPrivilege programme offers the Blue Plus tier. This tier is introduced for our JetPrivilege Blue members who are on the fast track to an upgrade; they can start enjoying the facility of Tele Check-in as soon as they complete 10 Jet Airways flights or 15,000 Status JPMiles (ie. JPMiles earned on Jet Airways flights) in a six-month period.

The programme also has three elite tiers JetPrivilege Silver, Gold and the exclusive Platinum - specially created for our most frequent flyers.

The Dynamic Tier Review (DTR) System - A world first!
To make the tier upgrades and retention easier for our JetPrivilege Members, JetPrivilege has developed a multi-criteria based tier assessment system. This innovative, award-winning system, which is referred to as the DTR System, is totally unique to Jet Airways and has no precedent anywhere in the world.

With this system, we will be able to provide members with quicker tier upgrades as well as more opportunities to retain their tier status.

13-Quarter validity of JPMiles
The JetPrivilege programme offers you yet another benefit. Your JPMiles are now valid for 13 quarters including the quarter they were earned in. Moreover, your JPMiles will only lapse on a quarterly basis (at the end of the 13th quarter) and not on an annual basis, as it was in the earlier system. 
 
How the 13-Quarter validity system works.
E.g: JPMiles earned in the 1st quarter of 2007 (Jan-Mar 2007 will expire on the last day of the 1st quarter of 2010 (i.e., 31st March 2010). Hence only the JPMiles earned in that quarter will expire, and not the entire JPMiles earned in that year (January–December 2007). The validity cannot be extended beyond 13 quarters, and JPMiles that are not redeemed before expiry, will lapse.

Tele Check-in facility
All JetPrivilege members (except JetPrivilege Blue) who hold confirmed reservations on Jet Airways flights can call their local reservation office to Tele Check-in. However, the cut-off time differs for Domestic and International flights on Jet Airways.

For travel within India:
JetPrivilege members can call between 24 hours and 60 minutes prior to their flight departure (48 hours for JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members) and Tele Check-in.

JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members must report at the airport check-in counter no later than 30 minutes before flight departure. JetPrivilege Blue Plus members are requested to report at the airport counter a minimum of 45 minutes prior to flight departure.

For international travel:
JetPrivilege members can call between 24 hours and 4 hours prior to their flight departure (48 hours for JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members) and Tele Check-in.

*Please note at London Heathrow the Tele Check-in facility is available only to JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members.

All tele checked-in members must however report at the airport check-in counter no later than 60 minutes before flight departure.

Web Check-in
This innovative service allows JetPrivilege members to select their preferred seat and also print their boarding pass, online at www.jetairways.com. This facility is available to passengers holding confirmed and valid e-tickets when travelling out of select airports within India only. JetPrivilege members can earn 250 Bonus JPMiles on eligible classes. JetPrivilege members can earn 250 Bonus JPMiles on eligible classes. This bonus JPMiles Offer is subject to terms and conditions.

When travelling in Club Premiere, JetPrivilege members can Web Check-in 48 hours to 1 hour prior to their flight departure. And if they are traveling in Economy class, they can Web Check-in depending on their JetPrivilege tier, as shown below:

Kiosk Check-in
With our new age Kiosks at select airports in India, JetPrivilege members can print their Boarding Pass at the touch of a screen when travelling with only hand baggage and an e-ticket. JetPrivilege members can also earn 250 Bonus JPMiles on eligible classes! This bonus JPMiles Offer is subject to terms and conditions.

JetPrivilege members can Kiosk Check-in anytime between 45 minutes to 24 hours before their flight departure.

Complimentary Upgrade Vouchers
When travelling on an Economy or Premiere booking on eligible fares, JetPrivilege members can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to Premiere or First Class respectively by using their upgrade voucher. These vouchers are sent by JetPrivilege to its members from time to time, depending on their tier status, and to JACC cardholders when they reach the spend threshold on their JACC cards - 8000 JPMiles for Platinum, 10,000 JPMiles for Gold and CitiBusiness respectively.

The number of vouchers required for an upgrade per flight, is based on the "Travelled Distance" concept with a minimum of 1 voucher per boarding pass. The travelled distance is equal to the number of base JPMiles earned for that flight on a full fare Economy class ticket.
Therefore, the number of vouchers needed for an upgrade is directly proportional to the distance of the flight.

The voucher requirement for upgrade from Economy to Première and Première to First Class is as below:

Elite Tier Upgrade Vouchers:
In recognition of their tier status, our JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members receive 5, 3 and 1 confirmed upgrade vouchers respectively each time their tier status changes.  

Co-branded Jet Airways Citibank Credit Card (JACC) Upgrade Vouchers: 
JetPrivilege members holding the Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Card receive this voucher on enrolment, at the time of renewal of JACC Platinum Credit Card and each time they earn 8,000 JPMiles through the spends on their credit card. JetPrivilege members holding the Jet Airways Citibank Gold Credit Card and the CitiBusiness Card receive this voucher each time they earn 10,000 JPMiles through the spends on their credit card.

The upgrade offered to Premiere/ First Class is on a confirmed basis. The passenger must request for the same, anytime prior to but no less than 48 hours before flight departure, by contacting any Jet Airways reservation office and quoting the voucher number(s).

No blackout periods for Jet Awards
There are no Blackout periods applicable for JetPrivilege Awards on Jet Airways flights. All award bookings will however be subject to capacity and class control. 

For Award bookings on our Programme airline partners, blackouts may apply from time to time and if applicable at the time of your request the same will be communicated to you by the JetPrivilege Service Centre.

Lounge Access
Lounge access at select airports (domestic terminals) in India:
Members of the elite JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver tiers and Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Card holders have access to Lounges at Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Hyderabad airports, irrespective of their class of travel. JetPrivilege Platinum members can take along two guests travelling on the same Jet Airways, JetPrivilege Gold member can take along one guest travelling on the same Jet Airways flight.

Lounge access on International Sectors:
JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members travelling on Jet Airways can access lounges (members only  - no guests allowed) at International airports within and outside India. Lounge access will be offered only at the departure airport where available. For JetPrivilege members transiting via our international destinations, the lounge access at the international airports will be offered if the onward travel is on a Jet Airways flight only.

Additional Baggage Allowance on Jet Airways
On Jet Airways flights, as a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member, you enjoy an additional baggage allowance, over and above the normal baggage allowance.

Tier Travel within India, to/ from South East Asia, to/ from South Asia, to/ from Europe Travel to/ from USA and Canada
JP Platinum 20 kgs. 1 piece of 23 kgs.
JP Gold 15 kgs. 1 piece of 23 kgs.
JP Silver 10 kgs. 1 piece of 23 kgs.

Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Cardholders get 15 kgs. additional baggage allowance, Jet Airways Citibank Gold and CitiBusiness Cardholders get 10 kgs. of additional baggage allowance on domestic Jet Airways flights. Jet Airways Citibank Credit Cardholders who are also JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver members will receive the higher of the two excess baggage allowances and not a cumulative total.

Additional baggage allowance is not available on flights operating the ATR aircraft due to loading regulations.

Priority tagging of baggage
We understand that with a busy travel schedule, you may not always have the time to wait until your baggage arrives. That's why we offer our JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members Priority Baggage Tags for their baggage on our domestic as well as international flights. A Priority Baggage Tag ensures that your baggage is among the first to arrive on the conveyer belt.

Guaranteed reservation up to 24 hours before departure
We understand that as a frequent traveller, you may have to fly at short notice. Therefore, we now offer JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members a guaranteed reservation* in Economy class on domestic Jet Airways sectors. To use this privilege, you need to hold a full-fare (Y/ M) Economy ticket. Request for confirmation must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.

*While we do our utmost to provide the reservation guarantee, we must advise JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members that there may be occasions during the year when exceptional demand on specific routes would render us unable to fulfil this.

Check-in at Premiere counters
JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members can check-in at the Premiere counters, even when travelling Economy class. Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Cardholders can avail of this facility at airports in India.

Cancellation fees waived on published fares
This benefit is exclusively for our JetPrivilege Platinum members on Jet Airways' domestic sectors (not applicable on international sectors). The waiver includes cancellation charges levied on tickets issued against a revenue published fare: -
- towards revalidation of the ticket.
- towards refund of the ticket.
- towards reissue of the ticket.

All cancellation fees on revenue published fare tickets are waived off (Night Fares and non-refundable tickets not included). No Show and Gate No Show charges are not included in this waiver.

Priority Standby
When you’re travelling on a waitlisted ticket, as a JetPrivilege member you can rest easy because, when accepting waitlisted passengers for a flight at the time of counter closure for a flight, JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members will be given the highest priority status in the order of their tier status, as per the applicable check-in procedures.

The JetPrivilege Service Centre is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. IST and on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST (except on public holidays). JetPrivilege members residing in the UK can call our UK Toll Free number 0808 101 1199 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GMT and on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. GMT.
