Yes. Non-resident Indians or foreigners above the age of 12 years, who have an eligible mailing address in any country that Jet Airways flies to, can become members.

Can my organisation become a member of the Jet Privilege programme?

No. membership to Jet Privilege is restricted to individuals only and organisations cannot be enrolled as members.

Do I have to register online even if I am an existing JP member?

Yes, you will have to do a one-time registration to access your JP Account online. As our valued existing member, we will send you a temporary PIN, through which you can activate your online account access. Once you have logged in, you should change your PIN to a password you prefer. You are requested to keep your password secure and not divulge it to anyone.

Can I earn JPMiles for Jet Airways flights taken prior to my enrolment in the Jet Privilege programme?

Yes. As soon as you enrol, you can earn JPMiles for Jet Airways flights you have taken in the three-month period preceding your enrolment. This is applicable only for Jet Airways flights and not for Programme Partner activities.

What happens if I forget to quote my membership number or display my membership card at the time of check-in?

You can still have your JPMiles credited. Access your JP account online, follow the instructions to ‘Update JPMiles’ and see your miles get updated instantly. Should you still have problems updating your JPMiles, please email your request to the Jet Privilege Service Centre (JPSC).

Will I get JPMiles for hotel stays, even if I forget to show my card?

Yes, you will receive Partner JPMiles if you have paid qualifying room charges, (determined solely by our Partners at their discretion). However, your claim should be accompanied by appropriate proof of stay. You can either log a request for retro-credit online or send all the details to the JPSC within the 180 days of the activity.

Are all the types of JPMiles taken into account for redeeming tickets?

Yes, all the JPMiles - Status JPMiles, Bonus JPMiles and Partner JPMiles will be taken into consideration should you wish to claim JP Award tickets. However, do note that for membership upgrades, only Status JPMiles will be taken into account.

When do JPMiles expire?

With the Jet Privilege programme, we have made added efforts to ensure that you receive the benefit of your JPMiles. While the miles still cannot be held indefinitely, the programme now offers you the maximum flexibility possible. Accordingly, JPMiles earned in a quarter will expire on the last day of the 13th quarter from that date. Mileage expiry is a standard programme feature that is an accepted commercial necessity worldwide.

JPMiles earned while using the upgrade facility are based on the class of travel booked and not on the class flown.

Yes, your travel agent must quote your membership details and your voucher number while requesting your upgrade. These details must be directed to the nearest Jet Airways office and cannot be directly entered in the travel agent’s reservation system.

What should I do if I lose my Club Première upgrade voucher? Can you replace it?

Unfortunately, Club Première upgrade voucher cannot be reissued. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

If I am booked on a flight with stops en-route, will I be upgraded for the entire journey?

On flights with stops en-route, upgrades are possible only when the upgrade class seating can be confirmed for all sections of the flights from the departure city.

I am booked to travel Ahmedabad - Mumbai – Coimbatore on connecting Jet Airways flights, will I be upgraded on both the flights with one voucher?

Each upgrade voucher is valid on a single direct one-way flight only and not on connecting Jet Airways flights. Therefore, you could avail of the upgrade either on the Ahmedabad–Mumbai, or the Mumbai–Coimbatore sector, but not on both sectors.

Can I get a guaranteed seat less than 24 hours before departure?
|

|
Guaranteed reservations on commercial class Economy tickets are a special benefit extended to JP Gold and JP Platinum members. Guaranteed seating is only possible if your booking in Economy class is made at least 24 hours before departure. While we will endeavour to deliver this benefit consistently to our JP Gold and JP Platinum members, there may be a few instances when this may not be possible (e.g. during Christmas or other peak travel periods).
