Your JPMiles are valid for 13 quarters including the quarter they were earned in. Moreover, your JPMiles will only lapse on a quarterly basis (at the end of the 13th quarter) and not on an annual basis.
How the 13-Quarter validity system works.
The validity cannot be extended beyond 13 quarters. JPMiles that are not redeemed before expiry, will lapse.

As a JetPrivilege Elite or Blue Plus member holding confirmed reservations on Jet Airways flights, call your local reservation office to Tele check-in. The cut-off time differs for Domestic and International flights on Jet Airways as follows.
For travel within India: Call between 24 hours and 60 minutes prior to your flight departure (between 48 hours and 60 minutes for JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members) and Tele check-in. As a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member report at the airport check-in counter no later than 30 minutes before flight departure.
As a JetPrivilege Blue Plus member you are requested to report at the airport counter a minimum of 45 minutes prior to flight departure.
For international travel: Call between 24 hours and 4 hours prior to their flight departure (between 48 hours and 4 hours for JetPrivilege Gold and Platinum members) and Tele check-in.
All tele checked-in members must report at the airport check-in counter no later than 60 minutes before flight departure.
*Please note at London Heathrow the Tele check-in facility is available only to JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members.

| Complimentary Upgrade Vouchers |
When travelling on an Economy or Première booking on eligible fares, enjoy a complimentary upgrade to Première or First Class respectively by using upgrade voucher/s. These vouchers are sent by JetPrivilege to its members from time to time, depending on their tier status, and to Jet Airways Citibank Credit (JACC) cardholders when they reach the spend threshold on their JACC cards - 8000 JPMiles for JACC Platinum, 10,000 JPMiles for JACC Gold and CitiBusiness respectively. The number of vouchers required for an upgrade per flight, is based on the "Travelled Distance" concept with a minimum of 1 voucher per boarding pass. The travelled distance is equal to the number of base JPMiles earned for that flight on a full fare Economy ticket. Therefore, the number of vouchers needed for an upgrade is directly proportional to the distance of the flight. The voucher requirement for upgrade from Economy to Première and Première to First Class is as below:

| No blackout periods for Jet Awards |

There are no Blackout periods applicable for JetPrivilege Awards on Jet Airways flights. All award bookings will however be subject to capacity and class control.
For Award bookings on our Programme airline partners, blackouts may apply from time to time and if applicable at the time of your request the same will be communicated to you by the JetPrivilege Service Centre.

Lounge access at select airports in India: Members of the elite JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver tiers and Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Card holders have access to Lounges at Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Hyderabad airports, irrespective of their class of travel. JetPrivilege Platinum members can take along two guests travelling on the same Jet Airways, JetPrivilege Gold member can take along one guest travelling on the same Jet Airways flight.
Lounge access on International Sectors: JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members travelling on Jet Airways can access lounges (members only - no guests allowed) at International airports within and outside India. Lounge access will be offered only at the departure airport where available. For JetPrivilege members transiting via our international destinations, the lounge access at the international airports will be offered if the onward travel is on a Jet Airways flight only.
Note: Effective June 1, 2008, JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members can access domestic and international lounges with one guest when booked to fly on Jet Airways marketed and operated flights. Premiere Lounge will be available only to passengers booked to fly in Premiere on Jet Airways international flights. On domestic Jet Airways flights within India; access to Premiere Lounge will be available to passengers booked to fly in Premiere and Platinum members (with 1 guest). |

| Guaranteed reservation up to 24 hours before departure |

We understand that as a frequent traveller, you may have to fly at short notice. As a JetPrivilege Platinum or Gold member enjoy a guaranteed reservation* in Economy on domestic Jet Airways sectors within India. To use this privilege, you need to hold a full-fare revenue (Y/ M class) Economy ticket. Request for confirmation must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.
*While we do our utmost to provide the reservation guarantee, we must advise JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members that there may be occasions during the year when exceptional demand on specific routes would render us unable to fulfill this.

| Check-in at Première counters |
|
On Jet Airways: As a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member check-in at the Première counters, even when travelling Economy. Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Cardholders can avail of this facility only at domestic airports in India.
On Airline Partner: As a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member check in at Business or First Class counters, when traveling on Gulf Air and KLM, irrespective of the class of travel.

| Cancellation fees waived on published fares |
|
Avail of this benefit exclusively as a JetPrivilege Platinum member on Jet Airways' domestic sectors within India (not applicable on international sectors). The waiver includes cancellation charges levied on tickets issued against a revenue published fare: - - towards revalidation of the ticket. - towards refund of the ticket. - towards reissue of the ticket.
All cancellation fees on revenue published fare tickets are waived off (Night Fares and non-refundable tickets not included). No Show and Gate No Show charges are not included in this waiver.

On Airline Partner: As a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member enjoy priority baggage handling when traveling on Gulf Air.
Priority Standby: As a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver member travelling on a waitlisted ticket, rest easy because, when accepting waitlisted passengers for a flight at the time of counter closure for a flight, JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members will be given the highest priority status in the order of their tier status, as per the applicable check-in procedures.
