Terms & Conditions of the IFE Contest:
By entering the contest, entrants accept the following Terms & Conditions of entry.
1) To participate in this contest, passengers need to fill in the contest form with correct and complete details.
2) Entry to the contest closes on 31st October 2008 at 2400 hours, Indian Standard Time.
3) The prize winner will be decided at the end of the promotion by Jet Airways (India) Ltd. Winners will be selected on the basis of a random draw.
4) The winner will be entitled to the mentioned prizes of the contest, subject to applicable terms & conditions.
5) Winners will be directly contacted by Jet Airways (India) Ltd.
6) The decision of Jet Airways (India) Ltd. will be final and binding and is non-contestable.
7) To the extent permitted by law, Jet Airways (India) Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
8) Jet Airways (India) Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of participating in the contest or using any prize.
9) The prize is non-transferable.
10) Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim whatsoever can be made in lieu of the prize.
11) Prize is subject to change without prior notice.
12) If the winner does not agree to comply within the time period specified, an alternative winner will be chosen.
13) Acceptance of a prize by the winner constitutes permission for Jet Airways (India) Ltd. to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without paying any additional compensation whatsoever to the winner.
14) All entrants to the contest waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Jet Airways (India) Ltd.
15) Jet Airways (India) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw &/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
16) All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
17) Participants should have traveled on a Jet Airways flight during the promotion period.
18) Employees of Jet Airways (India) Ltd. or relatives & family members of employees of Jet Airways (India) Ltd. , will not be eligible to participate in this contest. |
