Codeshare means marketing and selling the flights of another airline as if they were the flights of your own airline. In a codeshare there are two partner airlines where one airline is the operating carrier (whose aircraft and crew operate the flight) and the other is the marketing carrier (which places its two digit airline code on the operating carrier flight).
The greatest benefit of having a codeshare agreement is enhanced connectivity. With codeshare, passengers have a wider choice of where to fly to and when to fly there.
Another benefit of having a codeshare is seamless through check-in services. Where ever its possible, passengers get through checked-in for the connecting flights too.

Jet Airways, India’s premier airline and American Airlines have launched their codeshare partnership, effective February 06, 2008.
To complement our daily flights to New York (Newark and JFK) from Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, we have marketed and applied our code (9W) on American Airlines/American Eagle operated flights between New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) and Baltimore, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas (Fort Worth), Raleigh-Durham and Washington (Reagan).
Similarly, American Airlines will market and apply its code (AA) on Jet Airways operated flights between New Delhi and Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Significantly, this codeshare partnership will allow our JetPrivilege members traveling on Jet Airways/American Airlines codeshare flights to accrue JPMiles, as well as gain from a host of other benefits.

| Air Canada |
We are pleased to announce our codeshare partnership with Air Canada offering seamless travel to passengers between India and Canada, effective 28 February, 2008.
With this partnership, passengers can fly between Mumbai and London Heathrow on Jet Airways operated flights continuing to / from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Edmonton on flights operated by Air Canada. The arrangement also includes Jet Airways’ operated flights from Chennai to Toronto, which will be operated in codeshare with Air Canada.
Additionally, passengers will enjoy frequent flyer benefits on codeshared routes on accrual basis as well as seamless transfers with through check-in and interline e-ticketing.

| Qantas |
The successful expansion of the Qantas Airways and Jet Airways codeshare partnership, will offer convenient travel for passengers from points in India to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide via Singapore and vice versa.
In turn, Jet Airways’ customers will be able to travel on Qantas flights between Australia and Singapore, connecting to Jet Airways services between Singapore and India. Jet Airways operates daily flights from Singapore to Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
Members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Programme and the JetPrivilege Programme will now be able to earn and redeem points on eligible Qantas and Jet Airways flights between Australia and India.

| Brussels Airlines |
For our valued passengers, we have expanded our partnership with Brussels Airlines, offering convenient travel from India to Birmingham and Madrid via Brussels.
This codeshare arrangement is applicable on Jet Airways operated flights from Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai to Brussels, and to connecting Brussels Airlines operated services to Birmingham and Madrid.
Very shortly, this codeshare partnership will be expanded to other European cities, such as Paris, Lyon, Vienna, and Berlin via Jet Airways hub in Brussels.
