| Jet Airways wins the ‘BEST CARGO AIRLINE OF CENTRAL ASIA’ award |

Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has won the ‘Best Cargo Airline of Central Asia’ at the prestigious Cargo Airline of the Year Awards, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
This Award is widely acknowledged in the air cargo industry. The winner is determined on the basis of votes cast by the readers of Air Cargo News, the world’s best-read air cargo newspaper. These votes are then checked by a neutral body, BIFA (British International Freight Association) and winners in various categories determined.
Mr. Duncan Gambrill, General Manager – UK & Ireland, Jet Airways and Mr. Steve Stewart, Regional Manager Cargo - UK & Ireland , Jet Airways received the award on behalf of the company in the presence of an impressive industry gathering of six hundred distinguished guests who flew in from different corners of the globe to support and acknowledge the achievements of their peers.
Commenting on the honour, Mr. Jay Shelat, Vice President-Cargo, Jet Airways, said, “We are delighted to receive this honour, which is a reflection of the high standards of Jet Airways’ cargo services. Accolades such as these spur us on to greater heights as we further expand our services around the world, including the launch of our maiden flight on the Mumbai-Shanghai-San Francisco sector on June 14, 2008. Jet Airways wins the Coveted ‘Program of the Year’ for the Second Year consecutively. JetPrivilege, India’s largest and most recognized frequent flyer programme, won 9 Freddie Awards at the 20th Annual presentation ceremony of the Freddie Awards 2007, held in Wyndham Phoenix, USA on April 24, 2008.
JetPrivilege, which competed for Top Honours in the intensely competitive Japan, Pacific, Asia and Australia region against some of the best known airlines in the world, emerged victorious in seven categories and runner-up in two categories. JetPrivilege bagged-in 9 Freddie Awards under all the nominated categories.

Jet Airways, India's premier airline, has bagged two prestigious awards at the 18h annual TTG Travel Awards. While Jet Airways won the "Best Domestic Airline" award for the fourth consecutive year and the fifth time in the past six years, the evening also saw the "Travel Entrepreneur of the Year" award conferred on Mr. Naresh Goyal, Chairman, Jet Airways. The awards were presented at a glittering ceremony and gala dinner at the Sofitel Centara Grand, Bangkok.
The prestigious annual TTG Travel Awards has been honouring the best players in the travel industry since 1989.
Winners in the Travel Supplier Awards category (in which Jet Airways triumphed) are determined by votes cast by TTG readers across Asia Pacific. Thus, TTG Travel Awards winners are deemed the best in the industry.
Mr. Naresh Goyal was awarded the "Travel Entrepreneur of the Year" on the basis of his being recognized by TTG Asia Travel Group’s editorial team as an outstanding individual who has developed a successful business, which in turn has positively contributed to the welfare of the entire industry. Chairman Naresh Goyal was accorded the prestigious TATA AIG - Lifetime Achievement Award at the grand closing ceremony of the TAFI (Travel Agents’ Federation of India) International Travel Convention 2007 Abacus-TAFI Awards Nite on Saturday 8th September, 2007 at the Magella Sutera of the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Chairman Naresh Goyal was nominated for the award for being a “true trendsetter”, “an achiever” and “someone who has made significant contributions to the Travel and Tourism industry in India.”
The TATA AIG - Lifetime Achievement Award is indeed a fitting tribute to the immense contributions made by Mr.Goyal towards civil aviation in India, and for achieving world-class standards in service excellence, which the airline is now showcasing to the world. |

Jet Airways won the SAP ACE 2007 – Awards for Customer Excellence, in the Best Travel & Transportation Sector Implementation Category.
The Award was received by Mr.Saroj K.Datta - Executive Director Jet Airways along with Mr.Moorthy G.M IT in New Delhi , 27th August'07.
Jet Airways received this award for the Project, E3 which stands for Efficiency, Empowerment and Effectiveness. The departments involved in achieving this are Finance, HR , Purchase, GSD , MIS, ISD & Communications. This was done by intricately integrating critical information captured from various core modules of these departments along with Revenue Accounting & FMS into Data Models, for the Revenues and Costs incurred.
The Highlight of the Project was the Business Warehouse implementation to generate the Route Profitability report and the Revenue Model to support the Sales / YMS teams.The main objectives were :
Building a Business intelligence giving the Company a single source of accurate management information
Creating a Central Data Repository meeting different departments’ requirements, enabling meaningful analytics
Provide a holistic view of business
The Top Management today, receives the performance of each Routes/Flights flown by the Airline within a short timeframe which is a major achievement in the airline industry.
The SAP ACE awards span across three categories: overall, midsize and small enterprises category. The evaluation process comprised four stages including scrutiny of the nomination form, short listing via interviews, onsite review and final assessment by the jury after a detailed panel discussion.
The expert members of the jury comprised R. Subramanian, managing director, Subhiksha Trading Services, V.M. Venkatarajan, former IT Advisor – TVS Group, T. Ravindran, general manager, ONGC, Amit Mukherjee, vice president and Group CIO, RPG Group, Krishna Sundar, chairperson - ERP Center and CFC, IIM-Bangalore and Ranjan Das, president and CEO, SAP Indian Subcontinent. |

| The Freddie Award - Highest Honour For Jet Airways |

For the third year in succession Jet Airways has been conferred the Freddie Award, this time in the highly coveted category of “Programme of the Year” for Japan, Australia, Asia and Pacific regions.
The 19th Annual presentation ceremony was held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel in Arlington, Virginia.
At this year’s Freddie Awards, Jet Privilege is the only programme to be featured in the ‘TOP 5’ in all the 9 categories of the Freddie awards.
Besides winning the award for ‘Program of the Year’, Jet Airways’ Jet Privilege programme scored high by securing the second position in four other categories including Best customer service, Best Affinity Credit Card – Jet Airways Citibank Credit Card, Best Award, Best Elite level.
Prior to this The Freddie Awards were won by Jet Privilege in the Industry Award category for their Dynamic Tier Review Program in April 2004. The Airline won Best Customer Service Frequent Flyer Program and Best Bonus Promotion Award in April 2005.
The Freddies allow consumers to rank airline and hotel programmes from their point of view. The awards have grown in stature and importance and are the most prestigious consumer-generated awards in the loyalty programme industry.
Jet Privilege was relaunched in July 2004 making it India’s first 5 tiered programme. Each with its own unique set of privileges. It has added features such as Personalized interactive online access to membership, ease of enrollment, multiple mileage earning opportunities, accrual of JP Miles on Jet Airways facilities and a wide range of Programme Partners. |

Jet Airways was judged the "best overall" airline for in-flight entertainment in the Small Fleet Category (based on number of aircraft) among leading passenger airlines world-wide by the World Airline Entertainment Association at its 27th Annual Conference & Exhibition held at Miami, USA on September 15, 2006.
Jet Airways also got the best single in-flight Audio programme award and earned the distinction of second runner up for the best in-flight magazine, Jet Wings. |

Jet Airways was voted "India’s leading airline" by travel professionals worldwide and the current year’s voting campaign reached a total of 167,000 travel professionals worldwide, including 110,000 travel agents.
This is the second significant award won by Jet Airways within a week. On September 15, 2006, the Airline bagged three awards at the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA) in Miami for its in-flight entertainment system. |
