Chauffeur Drive:

• Option to chose between Hourly or Packaged Rates
• Minimum Rentals 4 Hours in the former case
• In case of Hourly Rates the next hour will apply after 30 minutes over the current hour
• In case of packaged rates the Full Day Rate will apply after 30 minutes over the Half day rate
• Subsequently the extra hours and kilometers will be charged as applicable
• Kilometers and Hours will start and finish at our rental location
• For Airport Transfers, Extra Hours & Kilometers will apply over and above the package
• For Outstation trips, the extra K.M. rate for each car group will apply with a minimum billing of 225 K.M.s per day. Chauffeur Retention will be Rs 250 per day and Rs 250 per night
• Permits, Fees, Parking, Interstate Taxes and Service Tax and all applicable taxes extra as applicable
• All claims to be settled in India as per Indian Insurance laws

Self Drive

• Minimum Age: 23 Years
• Additional driver: Rs 400 per Rental (Age and License requirements must be met)
• Identification: Credit Card and Passport mandatory for all self drive rentals
• Driving License: Renter must possess a valid driving license held for minimum 1 year
• Delivery & Collection: Available within city limits @ Rs 300/- one way
• Fuel: Not included in the rates. Cars are delivered & returned with a full tank. If car is not returned with a full tank then cost of fuel and a 10% surcharge will be charged
• CDW / TP rates per day extra:

• Daily Rates for CDW and TP mentioned above. Renters liability is reduced to the extent of the Non-Waivable Excess. If renter does not purchase CDW and TP then maximum liability would be to the extent of loss incurred by Mercury Car Rentals Ltd.
• Taxes: Interstate Tax, Toll etc to be borne by renter. Service Tax applies on all charges
• Replacement: Available within 50K.M.s of our nearest Rental Station in case of breakdown
• Prepayment: Full Estimated Rental Charges plus one additional day plus CDW, TP and Tax is blocked on customer's credit card. Final amount is charged after rental
• Extra Day: Hours in excess of 4 would be charged as one full day rent
• Other Terms: Missing or lost accessories and tools would be charged extra
• All rentals are subject to Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Rental Agreement
