Jet Airways Engineering and Maintenance facilities was set up in the year 1994 and progressively upgraded to carryout various checks in-house including Major maintenance up to C check. This is being further upgraded to carry out D check which is the highest level of check in aircraft maintenance

Our strong Engineering team ensures that our aircraft are safe and airworthy at all times at optimum cost to meet on time departures.

We are currently looking for Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers on the following aircraft types:

• Boeing 737-700/800/900 aircraft
• ATR 72-500 aircraft
• Boeing 777-300 aircraft
• Airbus 330-200 aircraft

Candidates should have undergone ATA 104 level 3 type training and hold valid approvals on atleast one of the above aircraft types. Candidates with EASA B1/B2 license or similar licenses may also apply. Remuneration and benefits will be comparative with industry standards.

Our main engineering base is located at Mumbai and our second base is Delhi. We also carry out maintenance activities at our night halting stations at Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore. The major maintenance activities which are presently at Bangalore would now be handled in the state of the art hangar being built in Mumbai.

Our engineering team consists of highly qualified and professional engineers, technicians and other technical services and support staff.  The team has proved their competency by achieving the highest dispatch reliability (99.2% & above). In recognition of the same we have received the Boeing Company award for maintaining "Best Technical Dispatch Reliability" for the last 2 consecutive years We are still maintaining and improving these standards The award from Boeing Company added feather in to our cap further with awards such as Galileo-Express Travel and Tourism award for "India’s Best Domestic Airline", in addition to several other awards.

With the induction of the latest generation Airbus 330-300 and Boeing 777, we are poised to expand our international and domestic operations for which we are further strengthening our engineering team.
