Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based Payment and Ticketing

Jet Airways IVR based payment and ticketing service is our latest booking facility through our 24x7 call centre. You will now be able to book and pay for your eTickets over an exclusively customized and secure Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
Our IVR service allows you to complete your reservation, pay using credit cards through a secure gateway and instantly receive your eTickets via email.

Once you confirm that you want to pay through the call centre, our call centre executive will transfer you to a secure IVR system which will request you to enter your credit card details. On a successful authorization of the credit card, you will get an automated response and your eTicket will be issued and emailed to you instantly by the system.
This service is currently available for all bookings made through our India and US call center number. To book tickets in India call 39893333* and for US/Canada, dial our toll free number 1-877-uflyjet i.e 1-877-835-9538

Data Security

The unique feature about our service is that the moment you are transferred to the IVR system; there is no manual handling of your call or your credit card details. Our staff takes over only after completion of payment and ticketing. Information exchanged with us through the IVR system is treated securely and protected by Verisign and Thawte, by using the internationally accepted and industry standard powerful encryption technology (128 bit secure socket layer, SSL). 

To further enhance credit card data security, the credit card details are masked in the PNR / reservation record and are not accessible to the call centre staff.

Booking process and eligibility

Booking and payment through IVR can be made up to 2 hours prior to flight departure for domestic and upto 4 hours prior to flight departure for International . Multiple passengers, multiple sectors and multiple passenger types can be booked in a single PNR. The service is available for all eTicket eligible sectors.

Exceptions

Travel agents created bookings cannot be used for IVR ticketing.
IVR ticketing is currently not available for:

  • Infant tickets.
  • Employee Rebated and Industry discount travel.
  • JetPrivilege Redemption bookings.
  • Wholly open dated itinerary.
  • Travel agent, GDS and Other Airline PNRs.
  • Interline bookings.
  • Fares requiring validation of documents (E.g. Senior citizen, Military, Student, Blind, Cancer, Disabled, Sea men, Leave travel concession, MEDA, Unaccompanied minor).
  • Non-eTicket eligible stations viz. Kathmandu
  • ex-India International sectors

Cancellation & Refunds

For cancellation/date changes tickets booked through IVR:
Please contact our Call Centre on 39893333*. However, in certain conditions where you may have to make additional payments or avail partial refunds you may have to visit our ticketing counter.
