Additional Remarks:
• JetPrivilege members can accrue and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Air France flights.
• Qualifying Air France flights eligible for accrual of JPMiles, are those flights, which are operated by Air France and marketed by Air France, KLM or Jet Airways. JPMiles can be redeemed only on flights marketed and operated by Air France.
• Jet Privilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
• Accrual of JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage accrual unless specifically mentioned.
• For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
• To claim retro credit of JPMiles for travel, members need to provide original boarding card and ticket jacket to the Jet Privilege Service Centre.
• Passengers will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners.
• Passengers will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our Airline Partners.
