JetElite Surprizes Terms and Conditions of Club Mahindra Holidays for passengers.

• To participate in this contest conducted by contests2win.com (C2W), passengers need to fill in the contest form kept in the seat pocket with correct details and hand it over to the cabin crew on board. By entering the contest, entrants accept the following terms & conditions.
• The passenger can also log on to www.jetairways.com & www.contests2win.com and fill in the details online. Entries can also be sent at the following address, Jet Airways (India) Ltd., Marketing Dept., Litolier Chamber, Opp. S.M. Center, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400059, India.
• On the basis of a random draw, 20 winners will be selected among all the correct entries received on board, websites and through post during the valid period.
• Each of the 20 winners can win from any one of these prizes – 5 Sony LCD TVs (26”), 2 Apple iPhones (8GB), 3 Tag Heuer watches and a holiday package for 10 couples each for 2N/3D along with a dining voucher to select Club Mahindra resorts subject to applicable terms & conditions.
• Entry to the contest commences on 1st September 2008 and closes at last entry received on 30th September, 2008. Contest forms can be filled online till 1st October, 2008.
• The winners will be directly contacted by contests2win.com and will also be announced on www.jetairways.com & www.contests2win.com.
• Acceptance of a prize by the winner constitutes permission for Contests2win India, and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Ltd. contests2win.com and Club Mahindra Holidays will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
• The holiday packages are valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
• The holiday certificate must be presented in original to the Club Mahindra office to claim the holiday package.
• Each of the 10 couples winning a holiday package can avail of a 3 days’ & 2 nights’ holiday + 1 dining voucher. The two components cannot be individually utilized. This will come as a package only.
• The couple will be allowed to accommodate two children less than 12 years of age in the same room.
• Accommodation is subject to availability. Winners will have to provide 3 options of dates they wish to holiday in at the time of booking. The detailed terms and conditions of using the Holiday Certificate are provided on the reverse of the Holiday Certificate.
• The complimentary holiday is valid in Club Mahindra resorts at Ashtamudi, Binsar, Coorg, Dharamshala, Munnar, Manali, Hoysala, Jaipur, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani and Yercaud. The holiday certificate will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. There are a few days in this period when this offer cannot be availed. The details are provided in the T&C of the Holiday Certificate.
• The holiday certificate is non transferable and valid for one usage. Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
• Entry to the contest is void where prohibited.
• To the extent permitted by law, Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win.com and Club Mahindra Holidays make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd., contests2win.com & Club Mahindra Holidays shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of participating in the contest or using any prize.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win.com & Club Mahindra Holidays accept no responsibility for any variation in the details of the prize packages shown.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win & Club Mahindra Holidays accept no responsibility for any variation in the cost of the prize shown.
• If the participant agrees to be met by Club Mahindra Holidays then his/her database collected for the promotion will be shared with Club Mahindra Holidays to be met/contacted.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win.com and Club Mahindra Holidays are not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied concerning the prizes.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win and Club Mahindra Holidays will not bear any responsibility for transporting the prize to the respective winner. The final winner who has paid TDS will be submitted to Club Mahindra Holidays. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the prize.
• If the prize is worth more than Rs. 5,000/- in value, then it will be eligible for tax deduction @ 30.9% as per Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act 1961 and 33.99% in the event that the prize value is above Rs.10 lacs.
• The Prize winner will be decided at the end of the promotion by C2W based on the proprietary software C2W uses, which generates random winners. The winners will be requisitioned to pay for the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable for their winnings. If the winner does not agree to comply, an alternative winner who agrees to pay the TDS will be chosen.
• All extra costs including flight tickets in the case of holiday packages, travel to the airport, airport tax and any other levies/ taxes/ duties as applicable will have to be borne solely by the winner failing which Club Mahindra Holidays shall not be entitled to hand over the prize to the Winner. Club Mahindra will also not cover for travel and sightseeing expenses at the resort.
• The prize fulfillment will take 180 days from date of receipt of TDS from the winner.
• All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Jet Airways (India) Ltd, contests2win.com and Club Mahindra Holidays.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd., Club Mahindra Holidays and contests2win.com reserve the right to withdraw &/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
• This promotion is open only to Indian Nationals residing in India.
