Students Promotion 

• Excess baggage applicable on 9W GATEWAYS POINTS only.
• The free excess baggage is allowed against mandatory production of copy of student I 20 form or equivalent document/ID from University/ Student visa for verification at Check-in at the airport counter.
• Valid for outbound travel.
• Valid for travel on or before October 31, 2008.
• Normal fare cancellation/refund/change policies will apply
• Existing JetPrivilege members must quote their JetPrivilege membership number while collecting the Student's kit at any of the Jet Airways' city sales offices.
• Students, who are not existing JetPrivilege members, will be provided with a unique 5-digit reference code along with the Student's kit. This unique code would have to be updated in the "Reference Code" field while completing the on-line JetPrivilege membership form.
• The Student Promotion Bonus will be credited to an existing JetPrivilege member's account within 15 days of availing the offer.
• Offer valid for sales on or after June 05, 2008 and on or before October 15, 2008.

Blackberry promotion

• To participate in the promotion, participants must purchase a valid e-ticket online on www.jetairways.com for travel on Jet Airways flights only.
• This offer is only open to Residents of India having a permanent residence address in India (This contest is not applicable to the States/ Union Territory where there is statutory ban on lucky draws). 
• To be eligible for this promotion, bookings must be made under the ‘India’ country site on jetairways.com during the Student Promotion offer period. 
• Three lucky winners will be chosen on a the basis of a lucky draw
• Cancelled tickets will not be considered for the lucky draw even if the booking is done in the promotion period.
• The 3 lucky winners will win One BlackBerry Smartphone each. This will not include any accessories and any subsequent service connection.
• Winners will be directly contacted by Jet Airways and will also be announced on www.jetairways.com by the end of October 2008.
• The prizes will be dispatched subsequently subject to verification and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions.
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Ltd will be final & binding on all participants and is non-contestable.
• Jet Airways (India) Ltd. will not be responsible for quality and performance of the prizes (BlackBerry Smartphones)
• Winners will receive the prizes by courier.

• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• The passenger traveling (on whose name the ticket is booked) on Jet Airways during the promotion period alone shall be entitled to participate in this promotion and not the credit cardholder.
• Employees of Jet Airways (India) Ltd, other Jet Air group companies, RIM (Research In Motion), M&C Satchi and their relatives & family members will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
• Bookings cancelled, postponed or refunded will not be eligible for this promotion
• To collect the prize, the passenger has to produce a copy of their ETicket Itinerary and their Student Promotion kit
• Prizes have to be claimed within 6-8 weeks after the winners are announced.

• Prizes are not transferable and cash in lieu of prizes will not be offered.
• All prizes are subject to Income Tax as per the Income Tax laws or any other taxes/levies as may be applicable as per the prevailing laws and the same are to be borne by the winner directly.
