Terms and Conditions the offer

• Offer is applicable only to JetPrivilege members. Passengers who are not yet JetPrivilege members can click here to enroll online for instant JetPrivilege membership.
• Only a JetPrivilege member flying in Première on any Jet Airways domestic sector (within India) and completed travel in Première during the offer period will be eligible for lucky draw for a Free Return Ticket to select Jet Airways’ International destination.
• JetPrivilege member should complete travel in Première - C, J, Z, I and P (eligible revenue classes in Première) to qualify for the lucky draw. Other classes of travel will not be eligible under Fly Free International.
• The offer period is ‘July 21 to September 30, 2008’ (both days inclusive).
• The final draw will be carried out on October 6, 2008 1 winner for each day covered under the offer period will be selected on the basis of a random draw. In other words a total number of 72 winners will be selected.
• Winners list will be displayed on www.jetairways.com on October 7, 2008.
• The Acceptance of the Free Ticket by the winners is purely voluntary. In case any such winner does not desire to avail of the Free Ticket he shall communicate the same in writing to Jet Airways. Non-acceptance, if any, should be conveyed by the winner(s) to Jet Airways, immediately upon receiving the intimation from Jet Airways
• The Free Return Ticket in Première will be available only on Jet Airways (marketed and operated flights only) for the following routes:
  Chennai – Singapore and vice versa,
  Delhi – Singapore and vice versa,
  Mumbai – Abu Dhabi and vice versa,
  Mumbai – Bahrain and vice versa,
  Delhi – Bangkok and vice versa,
  Kolkata – Bangkok and vice versa,
  Mumbai – Bangkok and vice versa,
  Chennai - Kuala Lumpur and vice versa,
  Chennai – Colombo and vice versa,
  Delhi – Dhaka and vice versa and
  Kolkata – Dhaka and vice versa.
• To ensure that travel on Jet Airways is recorded automatically in JetPrivilege records to be eligible for Lucky Draw; JetPrivilege membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation and membership card presented at check-in.
• To ensure timely receipt of communication from Jet Airways, the members need to update their contact details (viz. preferred mailing address, email address and Telephone/ Mobile number) as provided to JetPrivilege.
• Free Ticket cannot be upgraded to the higher class of travel against Upgrade Vouchers or by paying difference in fare.
• Free Ticket can be issued in the name of JetPrivilege member and/ or his nominee. However, once issued, it is non re-routable, non-endorsable, non-transferable.
• Confirmation of seat against the Free Ticket against the offer is subject to capacity and class controls. There may be occasions when despite seats being available in commercial classes, Free Ticket may not be available.
• Free Ticket cannot be issued for waitlisted bookings.
• Open-dated segments are not allowed.
• Last date for claiming and issuing the Free Ticket is November 30, 2008. Last date for outbound travel is 31 March 2009. (Subject to revision by Jet Airways)
• All applicable taxes, surcharges and fees and any additional costs will have to be paid by the passenger.
• Lost or stolen Free Ticket will not be replaced.
• The winner will be responsible for arranging for all the travel related documents including Visa and for compliance of other formalities including the cost thereof.
• Benefits under this offer cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation from Jet Airways.
• In case a winner does not reside in the departing/ origin city, passenger he/ she has to make his/ her own provision to reach the departing city to avail of the FREE Ticket. And should there be a waiting period, the winner shall make his/her own arrangement of stay and ground transfers.
• Free Ticket will not be issued for infants (under 2 years of age).
• The Free ticket will not be eligible for earning of any JPMiles.
• This promotional offer is an independent offer and cannot be combined with another promotional offer from Jet Airways.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
• The carriage is subject to Jet Airways regulations relating to the Conditions of Contract and all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways policies and procedures.
• JetPrivilege/ Jet Airways reserve the right to withdraw and/ or alter any of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
• This offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/ States.

Claiming the free ticket:

The winners will be informed of the process to collect their free ticket by Jet Airways between October 06 and October 10, 2008.
