Terms and Conditions for "Corporate One Fare":
- Advertising & Sales: Sold and ticketed in India to corporates only.
- Sales validity: Effective June 03, 2008 until further notice.
- Eligibility: Corporate One Fare Pass can be issued to any employee working for same corporate. Multiple users are permitted.
- Application: ONE FARE Pass can be issued to perform all type of journeys on Jet Airways domestic routes. Travels on International routes are not allowed.
Note: If passenger wishes to travel between BOM and Jorhat / Imphal, 02 flight coupons have to be surrendered irrespective of direct or non-stop operation.
- Ticket Issuance: Pass can be purchased through Jet Airways ticketing offices or by travel agents. Pass is non endorsable and non refundable. It is mandatory the name of the Corporate in the endorsment box.
- Children & Infant Discount: Not permitted
- Combination: ONE FARE pass cannot be combined with any other fare type. Domestic INR fares are not combinable with USD / International fares.
- Cancellation Charges: A NIL charge is applicable if cancelled more than 1 hour prior to departure. INR 1000 if cancelled within 1 hour or after flight departure.
- Refund: No refund once the journey is commenced. Refund charges INR 1000 before commencement of journey. No refund or replacement ticket will be issued in case of lost / stolen ticket.
- Voiding Charges: INR 1000 for any reason
- Free Baggage Allowance: Premiere - 35kg and Economy - 25kg
- Passenger commencing his journey to/from USA/Canada can avail of 2 piece of 23kg each as free baggage allowance
Over weight - Any piece weighing between 23-32 kg, - charge USD 50 per piece. Extra piece - A flat rate of USD 150 will be charged for each extra piece. Maximum Dimensions - (Height + Width +Length) of per piece should not be more than 158cm (62 inches)
- Excess Baggage Charges: 1.1% of the Normal Economy class basic fare.
- Prepaid Ticket Advice: Permitted only within India.
- JPMiles: Mileage may be accrued please refer mileage accrual chart on our website.
- Corporate deals: Permitted.
- Passenger ID: Passengers are advised to carry the photo Identification of the corporate only at the time of travel. The name reflected on the ticket must be the same as that on the Photo ID. Passenger Identification will be required during the entire journey using. passenger must be advised to carry the same during his entire journey as photo ID will be checked at the time of issuance of tickets and check-in / boarding.
