Citibank Credit Card Offer - Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility – All Citibank Credit Cards issued in India are eligible for the 5% discount offer with Jet Airways except the following:
  ING Card / South Indian Bank Cards / Diners Club British Airways Card / Taj Diners Club and the Citibank World Money Card.
• The 5% discount offer is Valid for Revenue tickets avalaible on www.jetairways.com for travel on Jet airways marketed and operated international flights only.
• The offer applies to tickets booked under any currency type as available on www.jetairways.com.
• Discount is applicable only on the base fare. This offer does not cover taxes, surcharges (fuel, congestion, etc.) and any other applicable levies over and above the base fare.
• Following classes are covered under the offer:
  F, A, C, J, Z, I, Y, M, T, U, N, L, Q, S, K, H, V, O, W.
  Classes other than those mentioned above do not qualify for the discount offer.
• Travel can be one-way or/and return revenue tickets available on www.jetairways.com only on 9w marketed and operated flights.
• There will be two campaign codes issued by Jet Airways to be quoted by Citibank Credit Card Customers ate the time of booking viz.:
  a) CITDOM - Applicable for all Jet Airways flights for point of flight origin India and point of destination outside India e.g. Mumbai-London or Mumbai-London-Mumbai.
  b) CITINTL - Applicable for all Jet Airways flights for point of origin outside India, and, point of destination any country apart from the point of the origin of the said flight e.g. London-Mumbai-London or Brussels-New York-Brussels.
• If the travel involves a domestic sector as a part of the itinerary, discount will be applicable on such domestic sector as well, provided there is no break in journey between the domestic flight and the connecting international flight.
  For example - Travel involves Bangalore–Mumbai–London where Bangalore–Mumbai is on 22nd May 2008 and Mumbai–London is on 24th May 2008. Such a travel will not qualify for the discount offer.
• This offer will be applicable for valid Jet Airways marketed and operated international flights only. Codeshare flights of Jet Airways (other Airline Partners) do not qualify for this offer.
• The Discount will be applicable only if the customer quotes either of the promotion codes  – CITDOM and CITINTL - before the start of the booking process. Discount will not be applicable on a retro-active basis.
• In case the customer wants to reschedule the itinerary resulting in change of class or sector, the customer will have to cancel the existing booking and make a fresh booking for the new itinerary on www.jetairways.com to be able to avail of the 5% discount offer. Customer will not be entitled to the discount if he/she reschedules the itinerary and pays the difference in fare either through a travel agent or by calling the Jet Airways call centre or through any other booking channel.
• In case of cancellation or refunds, applicable rules will be calculated on the discounted fare and not on the base fare at the time of booking the ticket.
• The Discount will be applicable for ticket/s booked between May 20, 2008 and August 31, 2008, both days inclusive and a Citibank/Diners Club member must  travel between May 20, 2008 and November 30, 2008, both days inclusive.
• Tickets issued before the start date of the said offer will not qualify for this offer.
• In case of return travel, both, the inbound and outbound travel must be within the travel validity date for the discount to be applicable.
  For example - Outbound travel from Mumbai to London is on 22nd May 2008 and inbound from London to Mumbai is on 30th May 2008. This is a valid transaction eligible for 5% discount. However, if the inbound is on 1st December 2008 then it is an ineligible transaction and will not qualify for the discount.
• All other terms and conditions applicable to the class in which the tickets are booked will apply. Please log on to www.jetairways.com to view these terms and conditions.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Jet Airways promotional offer.
• Citibank does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the availability, quality, or suitability of this offer and/or services under this offer.
• Any disputes as regards availability, quality, or suitability of this offer and/or services under this offer must be addressed by the Citibank Credit/Diners Club member in writing to Jet Airways directly and Citibank/Diners Club will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Citibank/Diners Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to Citibank Credit/Diners Club member, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this offer.
• Only those Citibank Credit/Diners Club members who hold an open, valid, Citibank Card/Diners Club Card/Citibank Account for the entire duration of the offer shall be eligible. The Citibank Credit Cards/Diners Club members should continue to pay the minimum due before the due date.
• The Citibank credit card/Diners club member hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Citibank and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Citibank Credit Card/Diners Club member may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
• JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles as per the applicable class of travel.
