1. All customers who shall purchase a valid e-ticket on the website www.jetairways.com ("Website") for travel on Jet Airways flights, shall only be eligible to participate in the online promotion.
2. This offer is open only to the Residents of India having a permanent residence address in India (This is not applicable to the States/ Union Territory where there is statutory ban on lucky draws).
3. To be eligible for this promotion, bookings must be made under the 'India' country site on the Website between 1st May 2008 and 31st May 2008 and travel must be completed on or before 15th June 2008.
4. Winners will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw amongst qualifying passengers, under this promotion.
5. Cancelled tickets will not be considered even if the booking is done in the promotion period.
6. The flight which is cancelled and rescheduled beyond 15th June, 2008, will not be considered for this promotion.
7. Prizes for this promotion are:
• One Maruti Swift DZire Car as the Bumper Prize.
• LG Scarlet 32" LCD Television sets (15 nos).
• BlackBerry Smartphones (15 nos).
8. Winners will be directly contacted by Jet Airways and will also be announced on www.jetairways.com by the end of July 2008.
9. Within 15 days of receipt of Jet Airways' confirmation letter by the Winner, the Winner, in order to be entitled to claim and be eligible to receive the Prize, will have to produce the following:
• Copy of the flown Boarding Pass
• A Demand Draft drawn in favour of Jet Airways (India) limited payable at Mumbai towards the amount of Tax to be deducted at source as may be applicable and as specified in the communication by Jet Airways.
• Copy of Identity proof / age proof / address proof evidenced by authentic Government documents such as passport, PAN Card, Driving License etc. All the above documents have to be sent to Jet Airways by Courier or by Hand-delivery as per instructions specified in the communication by Jet Airways.
10. Originals of the documents furnished above (except Demand Draft), should be made available to Jet Airways for verification at any time before the prize is given, if so insisted upon by Jet Airways.
11. The decision of Jet Airways (India) Ltd. will be final & binding on all participants and is non-contestable.
12. The prizes will be awarded subsequently subject to verification and fulfillment of all Terms and Conditions set under this promotion.
13. Jet Airways (India) Ltd. will not be responsible for loss, quality and performance of the prizes (The Maruti DZire Car, LG LCD Television sets and the BlackBerry Smartphones). For any defects, queries, complaints, claims, etc., the winners are required to contact the concerned manufacturers directly and without involving Jet Airways in any manner whatsoever and without any liability to Jet Airways.
14. The winner of the Maruti Swift Dzire will be given a cheque favoring the local Maruti dealer which will cover the cost of the basic model of Maruti Swift Dzire. Cost of any extra accessories, shall be borne by the winner.
15. The winner of the Maruti Swift Dzire has to bear the applicable Gift Tax, VAT, Octori and other taxes / duties/ levies as applicable.
16. The mode of delivery of the prizes, shall be conveyed to the winners, separately.
17. All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim against Jet Airways, with regard to this promotion.
18. Jet Airways (India) Ltd. reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions and prizes of this offer at anytime, without prior notice or giving any reasons.
19. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
20. The passenger actually traveling (on whose name the ticket is booked) on Jet Airways during the promotion period, alone shall be entitled to participate in this promotion and not the credit cardholder who has booked the ticket for the other person
21. Employees of Jet Airways (India) Ltd., other Jet Air group companies, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Maruti Udyog Limited and other Maruti companies, LG and other LG companies, RIM (Research In Motion), M&C Saatchi, Integrid Meida Pvt Limited and their relatives & family members will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
22. Bookings cancelled, postponed beyond 15th June 2008 or refunded will not be eligible for this promotion.
23. To collect the prize, the passenger has to produce a copy of their ETicket Itinerary, proof of identity and boarding pass as proof of travel or such other document, as may requested by the concerned dealer / service provider.
24. Prizes have to be claimed within 12 weeks after the winners are announced. Any claims received after this period, shall not be entertained and the company shall use its discretion in this regard.
25. The customers who have booked on the Website and have been declared as winners, may voluntarily opt out of it.
