Jet Airways operates two classes of service on our domestic routes - Première and Economy.
We have introduced more legroom in our Première and Economy. We have removed an entire row of seats specially to give you more space and legroom.
This change and refurbishment of seats on our aircraft is being progressively carried out across all Boeing 737-800 aircraft flying on our domestic routes.
On our International Sectors:
We have added the all-new Airbus 330-200s and Boeing 777-300ERs to our young fleet.

Re-defining First Class.

With only 8 seats in the cabin and a seat pitch of 90 inches you'll be travelling in utmost comfort. When it’s time to unwind, slip on your Bose noise cancelling headphones and enjoy the latest in-flight entertainment on your 23-inch flat screen TV. You can relax through the journey by watching from over 75 movies, various Business programmes and a number of short programmes. We also have 9 audio channels so you can listen to the music of your choice. Of course, it’s all on demand so you control what you watch and when you watch it.
Want to work from your private bedroom? We provide you with a laptop power plug and adapters, so that you can be throroughly prepared for your business by the time you arrive.
Your personal Amenity Kit boasts of Bvlgari EDT White tea Spray, comb, a Gilette razor and Shaving Cream, socks, Mouthwash, toothbrush and Moisturizer au the blanc body lotion. Other articles that we provide for your comfort are lip balms, facial sprays, sleeper suits, eye masks and slippers. There’s a private wardrobe, too. Our redesigned Première, features a revolutionary lie-flat bed, surrounding you with a wall of privacy and personal space. What’s more, our new 'herringbone' configuration provides easy aisle access for all passengers.
With only 30 seats in the cabin, all seats are aisle seats, designed to provide you utmost comfort. At a seat pitch of 49 inches, you can stretch out in luxury and settle down in our plush Première.
If you prefer to catch up with your work, we have a laptop power plug and adapters, so that you can wrap up your work in no time!
Prefer to give work a rest for a change? Treat yourself to well-deserved leisure time and enjoy from amongst 80 movies, various TV news programmes and short programmes on your huge 15.4-inch flat screen TV.

Première.
As a Jet Airways passenger, you deserve every comfort possible. With your convenience in mind, we have introduced our business class, "Première" to make you feel at home in the skies.

Economy.
All our flights operate an Economy class with a 3x3 seat configuration and with a seat pitch of 30''. We offer hot meals on our flights which are presented in improved and cheerful designer crockery. Our in-flight services personnel ensure that cabin interiors are consistent with continuous quality check and we constantly endeavor to upgrade our product.

Seat Preference.
As a Première passenger, you have the privilege of selecting your seat at the time of reservation. Now, even Economy passengers holding confirmed tickets between India and all our international destinations (except Colombo and Kathmandu) can choose their seats.

Check-in.
Our Tele Check-in facility saves you precious time. All you have to do is call our special tele check-in numbers at the airport up to 45 minutes before departure and confirm that you will be at the airport at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight. We will keep your boarding card ready to expedite your check-in.
This facility is also available for JetPrivilege Silver and Gold card members.

Priority Baggage.
Première passengers enjoy priority baggage delivery. Your baggage is off-loaded at the carousel first so that you can disembark and collect your bags without having to wait at the baggage retrieval area.

As a Première passenger, you deserve better than the best. We've enhanced our in-flight meal service in Première, to give you the finest dining experience in domestic air travel.
Enjoy the luxury of a course-by-course personalised meal starting from hot refreshing soups to a variety of rich desserts - a choice that will surprise you.
If you are travelling on our late morning or late evening flights on the Mumbai-Delhi or Mumbai-Kolkata sectors, our in-flight crew will serve you a delicious selection of snacks. We serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks, along with pastries, mocktails and more.
We haven't restricted the Première dining experience to just food. We have gone right down to the details. You can now expect your meals to be served on the finest bone china, designed exclusively for Jet Airways, by Noritake. Accompanied by crisp fresh linen.
