Lounge facilities within India:
If you are a First Class or a Première passenger or a JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver card member, you can relax and enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages in our plush airport lounges at Delhi, Mumbai (Bombay), Chennai (Madras), Kolkata (Calcutta), Bengaluru (Bangalore) and Jaipur.
We are happy to announce the opening of Première Lounge in Mumbai, which is situated inside the Security Hold area in the domestic departure for our esteemed passengers commuting from / via Mumbai. This Lounge is exclusively for our First Class and Première passengers and JetPrivilege Platinum members.
Our First Class or Première passengers arriving from USA and Canada to Mumbai can avail of round the clock lounge facilities. So you can wait for your domestic connections with us in our plush lounge. This lounge is located towards the domestic side of the airport.
Our other lounges in various airports are mostly restaurants being shared by many airlines. Our new lounge in Hyderabad is the first of its kind, exclusively for our passengers.
We also plan to set up similar dedicated lounges in other stations.

Lounge facilities abroad:
Jet Airways First Class, Première passengers and JetPrivilege Gold & Platinum members travelling on Jet Airways can access lounges at the departure airport (if available).
Our passengers in London (Heathrow) can access the American Airlines Lounge. This lounge is located at Lounge H.
All First Class and Première passengers arriving at London Heathrow can enjoy American Airlines Lounge. This lounge is located on the second floor just after the exit.
Passengers departing by our evening flights (9W 121 / 117 / 123) can relish at the Flagship Lounge and for passengers departing by our morning flights (9W 119) can relish at the Admirals Club.
Please note: First Class passengers who wish to avail of the American Airlines Lounge, kindly inform our check-in staff of the same, so that on your arrival in London, one of our Jet Airways executives will meet and escort you to the Lounge. The American Airlines Lounge is open from 0600 hours until 1400 hours.
Manned by friendly, multilingual staff, our First Class and Première Lounge at Brussels Airport, offers you luxury with a stylish atmosphere. JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members, travelling in Economy, will continue to access the British Airways Lounge.
Our passengers in Singapore can use the beautiful Rain Forest lounge. Our Première passengers as well as JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold card members can avail of this complimentary facility. No guests will be allowed in the lounge.
Our First Class passengers in New York (JFK) can access the American Airlines First Class Lounge at Terminal 8. Our passengers to Newark (EWR) can make use of the Northwest lounge which is towards the security gate number 40. This lounge is located around 5 minutes away from the check-in counters making it convenient for passengers to check-in at their convenience.
Passengers are requested to make note that they may have to undergo security checks twice since the lounge and the boarding gate are located in different areas. Random checks prior to boarding will continue to happen.
