Additional Remarks:
• JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying Gulf Air flights.
• Qualifying Gulf Air flights are those flights which are marketed and operated by Gulf Air or Gulf Traveller and carrying the flight code 'GF'. Code-share flights of Gulf Air/ Gulf Traveller with a third carrier however, will not qualify for earning or redemption of JPMiles.
• JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
• JetPrivilege members have to present their JetPrivilege card at the time of check-in at the airport to avail of First/ Business Class check-in, Extra luggage allowance and Priority Baggage handling. These benefits are available only on Gulf Air flights. These benefits will not be extended on code-share flights of Gulf Air/ Gulf Traveller with a third carrier.
• Earning of JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage accrual unless specifically mentioned.
• While Gulf Air will endeavour to provide the stated additional benefits, there may be occasions during which Gulf Air may not be able to extend these benefits to you.
• For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 14 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
• To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
• Passengers will be responsible for arranging all travel-related documents such as Passport, VISA, etc., when redeeming JPMiles for an Award ticket on our international Airline Partners.
• Passengers will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on airline partners. |
