The Interpublic Group, has been awarded the Jet Airways/JetLite global advertising contract following a pitch that took place in Mumbai.
IPG will establish a new Indian entity’ Altitude”, to lead the business in India. The network will also be in charge of the international market needs of the brand. In India, “Altitude’ will operate as a special arm within McCann Worldgroup.
Commenting on the IPG appointment, Mr Sudheer Raghavan , Chief Commercial officer Jet Airways said, “Our communication needs have changed rapidly following our international expansion and hence we had to review our current communication process. We were satisfied with the work done by M and C Saatchi and as they have an understanding of our business we will retain them to handle special projects”.
