Kosher Meal

Characteristics:

Meals are prepared in compliance with Jewish Dietary Laws.

Kosher Meals may include:

Poultry
Lamb
Liver
Sweet Bread
Eggs
Cheese and Dairy Products
Flour ingredients products
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Sugar and preserves
Potatoes
Rice
Herrings and fresh with scales

Kosher Meals exclude:

Pork or Pork derived products
Shellfish
Meat and dairy product served together is prohibited

Jain Meal

Fruits
Vegetables
Rice
Wheat products etc

Jain Meals exclude:

All vegetable which grow under the ground
Products from animal sources
Meat and meat products
Fish
Fowl and products with lard and gelatine
Eggs
Honey

Hindu Meal

Characteristics:

An Indian Non-vegetarian meal

Hindu Meal may include:

Lamb
Poultry
Fish/seafood
Fruits and vegetables
Pulses
Starches
Cheese
Rice
Dairy products

Hindu Meal exclude:

Beef - by - products*
Veal*
Pork*

Note: If a vegetarian meal is requested AVML to be provided. *Beef / *Veal/ *Pork are never served on Jet Airways flights.
