JetPrivilege members flying on qualifying JetLite flights anywhere on the JetLite network will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as follows:
Following are the benefits offered on JetLite flights:
JetPrivilege members can earn and redeem JPMiles only on qualifying JetLite flights.
Qualifying JetLite flights are those flights which are coded as 'S2'and operated by JetLite. Only those flights which are coded as 'S2' will be eligible for redemption of JPMiles.
JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles based on their class of travel as stated in the table above.
Earning JPMiles is restricted only to the above mentioned classes. Travel under any other class will not be eligible for mileage earning unless specifically mentioned.
JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members will earn 30%, 20% and 10% Tier Bonus respectively on JetLite flights.
Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned on JetLite will count towards a member's JetPrivilege tier upgrade and renewal.
JetPrivilege members are not entitled to avail of the lounge facility while traveling on JetLite.
JetPrivilege members can claim JPMiles for JetLite flights taken in the last 180 days from current date.
JetPrivilege members are not entitled to any additional baggage allowance while traveling on JetLite.
JetPrivilege members cannot avail of the Tele Check-in facility while traveling on JetLite.
Guaranteed reservations up to 24 hrs prior to departure are not applicable for JetPrivilege members while travelling on JetLite.
For redemption of JPMiles, JetPrivilege members have to contact the JetPrivilege Service Centre in Mumbai, India. Members will need to send their requests at least 3 working days prior to their intended date of travel.
To claim retro credit of JPMiles for your travel on JetLite, please provide your original boarding card and ticket jacket to the JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Guests will be responsible for paying all the taxes, surcharges and levies, as applicable, while redeeming on Airline Partners.
